Your A.G.M. annual buffet and talk will take place on Friday 27th. January at the Boar's Head Hotel, 120 Lammas Street Carmarthen SA31 3AE. Telephone 01267 222789. As you enter the main entrance, turn to the right and go up the stairs to the large room on the first floor. There is a private bar in this room.
If you are a full member, you will be most welcome to attend the A.G.M. which will start at 7-00pm. prompt, so please aim to be there for 6-45pm. Guests of full members will be able to relax in this room, whilst the A.G.M. takes place.
Associates and their guests should aim to be there by 7-30pm. when we can start the buffet at around 7-45pm.
We will then have a talk given by an officer of  Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Sevice, related to their attendances at road accidents.
Each full member or associate member is able to bring a guest to this function, free of charge. The only money needed will be for the bar.
PLEASE, PLEASE let me know by Monday 16th. January if you can attend and if you will bring a guest. This is essential for us to cater for the right number at the buffet. I would also ask you to tell me of any vegetarian requirements.
We hope that you will be able to attend this relaxed and friendly evening. It is also an opportunity for new associates to meet other members.
If you have any questions at all, or need directions or suggestions on parking, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely,
